First and foremost, thank you for sticking with Snappy through the past few months while its future was in jeopardy. Thanks also to UserScape and Ian Landsman (who will remain a partner) for the great opportunity. Snappy has great potential and we look forward to working hard everyday to realize it.
As part of our strategy to revitalize Snappy, we’ve made major improvements to the Snappy public website. We’ve been excited about launching it for a while and we really hope you like it. Please have a look and tell us what you think!
As for the Snappy application, we’re looking at making improvements and adding features. But before we do, we’d really like know what you think of Snappy and what it needs. Over the next few months we’ll be contacting many of you. We want to know what you like and don’t like about Snappy. We want to know how you use it. We want to know what challenges you face and what features we can add to help you better support your customers. But please don’t wait for us to contact you. If you have some thoughts, please contact us.
