BIG News! Snappy on your iPhone! Support your customers from anywhere

We’ve been teasing this for awhile; if you follow us on Twitter you’ve probably been looking forward to this announcement. And today…it’s here!

Snappy for iPhone is officially available in the App Store.   Apple-Store-Button

Here are some of the things it can do with our iPhone app:

  • Get iOS push notifications of new and updated tickets
  • Respond to tickets right from the app, add tags, assign tickets, and make private notes
  • Mark as replied and trash
  • View Inbox, Yours, Waiting, and Replied as well as search for any ticket
  • All the core functions of the Snappy you know and love, now on your phone!
